The general membership is made up of individuals and homeowner association representatives who apply for membership and meet established criteria. Each member is entitled to one vote in all matters brought before the general membership for decision.
An Executive Board governs the organization in accordance with the adopted By-laws. Its 5-11 members are elected annually by the general membership.
